Planning
Where are You based?
I am based in Rome, Italy, one of the best place to reach every corner of the world.
Are you willing to travel for our wedding?
I am a Destination Wedding Photographer: I can travel wherever you want for your wedding!
What languages do you speak?
Italian and English.
If we choose your services, how do we book them?
It’s easy! Start by sending me a message to check if I’m available on your wedding date. Once confirmed, you’ll need to sign the contract and make a down payment to secure your booking.
How far in advance do we have to book?
The earlier you book, the more likely you are to secure my services. Check my availability, share your story, and describe your vision for your wedding.
Reach out to me to get started!
If we no longer need your services after signing the contract and paying the deposit, can we receive the deposit back?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible. The down payment secures the date, so I cannot accept other requests for that date until I hear back from you.
If we had to change the wedding date after signing the contract and paying the deposit, would it be possible to keep the deposit for another date?
Yes, you can change the date, provided you notify me with enough advance notice to accommodate new requests. Please note that any changes may result in adjustments to the price list.

Wedding day
Who will be as photographer at our wedding?
If you’ve chosen me both for who I am and because you love the way I capture weddings through images, rest assured: it will be me photographing your wedding. If there’s a need for additional photographers, I’ll have one or more trusted colleagues by my side, but we’ll discuss and decide that together.
How many people will you be in?
Depending on the need. As stated before, we’ll have time to discuss it and make the right choice. By the way, I will be accompanied only by professional photographers like me.
How will you be dressed on our wedding day?
As the saying goes, the suit doesn’t make the man, but I believe certain events deserve the right attire. That’s why my entire team will be dressed elegantly to match the occasion. Of course, we’re happy to accommodate any specific dress code requests you may have.
Have you already worked in our venue?
Since I worked on many events, probably yes. However, if I’ve never been in that venue and if I deem it necessary, I can organize an inspection to provide advice from our point of view.
How long does the service last?
The duration of the service depends on what is agreed upon in the contract. It’s definitely possible to extend it during the event, but if we plan everything well in advance, there won’t be a need for it.
Do you allow other people to take photos / videos?
By contract I require exclusive rights to shoot the event as a photographer. Videographers are obviously welcome, usually I contact them before the wedding day to introduce myself and assure they are professionals.
Style
What is your photography style?
My style is rooted in documentary wedding photography because I love capturing the spontaneity and naturalness of people and events. I pay close attention to using light, preferably natural, to enhance every shot. Essentially, my approach is photojournalism applied to weddings. However, unlike pure photojournalism, where photos are typically unedited straight from the camera, I apply a careful editing process. This allows me not only to tailor each wedding shoot to its own unique mood but also to make subtle aesthetic adjustments that are essential for wedding photography.
The result is an authentic visual storytelling experience, where the couple are the main characters, but there’s also plenty of room to showcase the guests and the countless details that make every wedding special.
We don't like posed photos and feel uncomfortable posing: how do we handle that?
I completely understand, and I don’t like overly posed photos either! My focus is on capturing the natural, spontaneous moments that truly reflect the day. I am discreet in my approach, so you can simply relax, enjoy yourselves, and be in the moment. You’ll see the result of this style in my portfolio: it’s all about authenticity.
Can we see a full wedding from start to finish?
Absolutely! In fact, I always encourage clients to view more than one full event. This not only highlights the quality of my work throughout the entire day but also demonstrates consistency in style and editing across a variety of settings. On the Portfolio page you’ll find complete wedding galleries with around a hundred carefully selected photos that I’ve chosen to tell the full story of each event.
Editing
Do You shoot RAW or JPG?
I shoot in large, lossless, 14bit RAW format, in order to guarantee you the best results in terms of colors and dynamic range.

Who will handle the editing of photos / videos and of the photobook layout?
I personally take care of my work from the first contact until delivery. I don’t involve third parties nor AI software like Aftershoot.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Typically, it takes around 6-8 months to deliver the final products. However, if you’re in a hurry, I offer an Express Delivery option (within 1 month) for an additional fee. Please note that I have a limited number of slots available for Express Delivery, so if you’re interested, be sure to secure yours early!
Delivery
How many wedding photos will we receive?
For a full-day wedding, I typically deliver 500 edited digital photos. For other sessions, such as engagements, proposals, or couple shoots, you can expect between 50 and 100 edited images.
If you’d like more photos either before or after your wedding day, that can certainly be arranged.

Will there be photos of our guests?
Absolutely! While you will be the focus of the day and our primary attention, I make sure to capture plenty of moments with your guests throughout, from the preparations to the reception. I’ll naturally focus on key figures like parents, siblings, and the bridal party, but I’ll also ask for a list of anyone you’d like me to pay special attention to, ensuring no one important is missed.
Will all the photos be edited?
Yes! I craft a unique editing style specifically for your wedding, ensuring it reflects your day and story. Every photo you receive will be carefully edited to maintain a consistent mood, even though they were taken in different locations and at various times throughout the day.
Will we see all the photos taken on our wedding day?
Not all of them. You’ll receive a carefully curated selection of the best shots. I’ll remove duplicates, blurry images, test shots, or any unflattering ones to ensure the final collection reflects the highest quality. Rest assured, funny and candid moments will definitely be included!
Do you take group photos?
Although group photos are not a central part of the photojournalism style, I understand their importance to you. If group shots are a priority, I’ll make sure to capture them thoughtfully and in the best possible way.
How will the final product be delivered?
Your digital photos and videos will be delivered via a secure, password-protected online gallery. This gallery will allow you to share and back up your files. A second, separate password will be provided for downloading your photos and videos.
What if I lose my digital files?
No worries! You can simply download your files again from your private gallery. If the gallery expires, you can always ask me to send them to you again.
Do you deliver RAW files?
RAW files are essentially unfinished products that require further editing to complete the artistic vision. Providing RAW files would be like asking a painter for a work in progress. Therefore, I do not deliver RAW files.
What rights do we have for the delivered material?
You will have printing rights and the right to publish the images online with proper credit to the author. However, selling the images in any form is not permitted.

Publishing
Do you always ask for permission to use images for advertising purposes?
Yes, I always seek your authorization for this. It’s crucial for me to showcase our work online, including on my website and through professional associations I am part of.
Your decision to choose me as your photographer is influenced by the portfolio you see on our site. With your permission, I can also share my work on blogs, magazines, and enter industry competitions.
Will our photos be featured on your website or blog?
While I strive to share my work, I can’t guarantee that every shoot will be published due to space constraints on our website and blog.
Costs and payments
What are your costs?
I’d be happy to provide my pricing details once you share some information about yourself and your wedding (please contact me here). Along with the cost, I’ll give you all the essential details to help you make an informed decision about choosing a photographer for your special moments.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes, there are optional services beyond the essentials I provide, and I will clearly outline these additional costs with full transparency.
Why do extra hours incur additional costs?
Even though I dedicate the entire day to your event, extending beyond the scheduled time involves extra work both on the day and during the editing process. If we approach the agreed-upon time, I’ll check with you about extending the coverage and discuss any additional costs.
Why do you charge travel fees?
Travel involves various costs such as tolls, fuel, vehicle wear and tear, meals, or even train/plane fares and car rentals. These expenses cannot be included in the shooting fee and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What are the payment methods?
A deposit is required to secure my services, with the final payment due by the event date. Payments for prints and photo books are due at the time of order, which typically occurs several months after the wedding following the delivery of the digital images.
Will downtime during the day affect the total hours worked?
What might seem like downtime to you is still productive for me. I use these moments for data backups, traveling between locations, capturing details, and photographing moments with you and your guests that you might not be aware of.
Do you offer discounts for weekday weddings?
I photograph weddings year-round, including weekdays. As my costs remain consistent whether the wedding is on a weekend or weekday, I do not offer discounts on the listed prices.
Prints and Wedding books
What printing services do you offer?
I offer high-quality printing services, including a wide range of options such as wedding albums, photo books, prints on various types of paper (including fine art), canvas prints, Amalfi paper prints, panels, and matting, among other products. Each item is customized at multiple levels, with ongoing consultation to ensure I create the perfect product for your needs.
Prints, panels, and matting typically take a couple of weeks. Italian wedding photo books generally take 4-5 weeks from the time of order.
You can print your photos up to 140×200 cm (55″x78″) without compromising quality. Typically, photos of this size are not viewed from such a close distance in everyday use. For most purposes, a 100×150 cm (40″x60″) print will look great from two to three meters away. For larger sizes, some additional editing may be required, which I can handle if needed.
How many and which photographs will be included in the Italian wedding photobook?
The choice is yours! Keep in mind that more photos will mean more pages and a higher cost for the book. I will create a detailed layout and send you a PDF and a mock-up of the photobook and any accompanying box for your review. The photobook will only be ordered after your final approval and will be shipped directly to you from the printing lab.

Equipment
What equipment do you use?
I use the Nikon Z professional system. Actually I have two Z8 because I use just prime lenses (24mm, 35mm, 50mm and 85mm).
